The company said that I have used more monthly minutes than I am allowed so it will not allow me to use the app.

Bad otter
- - Ghost kitchens opened without authorization; images and items don't match.
- - Prices below agreed terms with BOGO offers; support is hard to reach.
They opened ghost kitchens at our restaurant and never was authorized to do so. They proceeded to create two ghost kitchens with prices we didnt agree on, well below what we would sell for, with BOGO FREE OFFERS TO BOOT.
They dont help on the phone and impossible to reach online and through website. They have pictures of random food that isnt even our pictures and selling items we dont even carry. We cant get support to shut it down and no one will help. So ridiculous.
Stay away from this company. Theyre clueless to your needs and dont care about customer service.
They just want a percentage of your business by providing a tablet and printer. Stay away.
